These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the n77 platform. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any bets or wagers. By creating an account or using any part of the platform, you agree to be bound by the terms set out below.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering on, or using n77 in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and n77. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must not use the platform.
These terms apply to all sections of n77, including the sportsbook, live casino, casino games, and account management features. 2. Eligibility and Age Requirement

Each player may hold only one account on n77. Duplicate accounts are not permitted and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your username or password with any third party. n77 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to protect your login details. 4. User Obligations and Platform Usage Rules
By using n77, you agree to the following obligations:
- You will not use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in any manner that violates these terms.
- You will not attempt to manipulate odds, game outcomes, or exploit technical errors in your favour. Any winnings obtained through such means may be voided.
- You will not use automated systems, bots, scripts, or software to interact with n77 without express written permission.
- You will not engage in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of fraudulent activity. Accounts found to be involved in such activity will be permanently closed.
- You will not make false or misleading statements about n77 or engage in conduct that may damage the platform's reputation or operations.
- You will not attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or reproduce any part of the n77 platform, interface, or content.
n77 reserves the right to investigate any account activity suspected of violating these obligations and to take appropriate action, including account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required.
5. Payments and Transactions
All deposits, wagers, and withdrawals on n77 are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). You may only deposit funds using payment methods accepted by n77 at the time of your transaction. Deposits made via third-party accounts or payment methods not registered in your name may be declined or reversed.
Withdrawals are processed to verified payment accounts associated with your n77 profile. Processing times vary depending on the payment method and any pending verification requirements. n77 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.
n77 does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals, but third-party processors may impose their own charges. All financial transactions are subject to applicable anti-money laundering checks. n77 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation before processing large withdrawals or where unusual activity is detected.
6. Limitation of Liability
n77 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make reasonable efforts to maintain platform stability and uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Scheduled maintenance, technical faults, or third-party service disruptions may affect availability.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, n77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or gaming losses. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount held in your n77 account balance at the time the claim arises.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
7. Account Suspension and Closure
n77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in cases including but not limited to:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
- Provision of false or misleading registration information.
- Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
- Failure to complete required identity or age verification.
- Self-exclusion request or responsible gaming restriction applied at the player's request.
Where an account is closed for breach of these terms, any balance associated with fraudulent activity may be forfeited. Balances from legitimate activity will be returned to you via your registered payment method following completion of any outstanding verification. 8. Intellectual Property
All content, design elements, software, trademarks, logos, and materials on n77 are the intellectual property of n77 or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these terms.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any n77 content without prior written authorisation. Any unauthorised use of n77's intellectual property may result in immediate account termination and legal action.
9. Changes to Terms and Governing Law
n77 may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via the platform or to your registered contact details. Continued use of n77 after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically to stay informed of any changes.
